Waiting List's Simple Rules:

Rule one: First come, first served.

If you want your character to be next on the waiting list, then you had better move this behinds! I will simply place you in the order in which you have asked whether you can be a certain charcter. So, If say you were at the top and a spot was opened, then you would be promoted to the werewolf you wish to be. Very Simple!!!!!
